Aviation Security

Following a number of incidents within the aviation industry, the Department for Transport (DfT) has introduced more stringent security measures to which all carriers must comply. We know how vital our international service is to your business and we are writing to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to ensure that the parcels and air freight we deliver for you will continue to get there on time. Please can you ensure that all customers sending international shipments, include on their consignment notes: Precise description of goods and full sender and receiver details.

Mail Fulfillment Company Closure

We have been contacted today by a number of companies who have had to suspend their online shops due to the closure of a local mail fulfillment company.

Delays to Saturday Shipments in London

TUC March in central London Saturday 26th March 2011

The police will be closing many roads in central London from early on Saturday morning which will affect our ability to deliver items into the SW1, W1, W2 2, WC1 and WC2 postcode areas. Any items due for delivery on Saturday to these areas will be held securely and delivered on Monday. We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause.
